1. About ModelsUpClose and Model House Show


 ModelsUpClose produce/distribute creative video shows and still imagery on popular culture themes, suitable for general exhibition viewing. We let the 'pictures do the talking' with a poster for each video. Video posters are organized in 'six pack' slide show displays. 


ModelsUpClose is a pioneer of light entertainment video shows featuring a parade of pretty women since 1997 and today is a network of websites with collections of light entertainment music/model video shows, and (where we started) one of the longest running popular culture documentary shows on Women Smoking Culture at SmokeVision.com  and "Model House Show" crafted from our B2B commercial stock scenes:


 ModelsUpClose is a brand of Social Impact Media.com and today is a global network of independent commercial photographers, producing popular culture shows for public viewing on the Internet, from the everyday life documentary style shows to the creative video art.


 ModelsUpClose hire contract and remote working video photographers, models, actors, dancers to be a part of these long running successful shows.  You are welcome to discuss joining our network as a photographer or a model or supplying your music, we are always hiring.


 In the past twelve months over six million viewers have enjoyed our shows (in total across our websites and shared across social media channels) but we rely on the people who go the extra step and buy and download their favorite shows from our websites for funding.


Copyright is reserved on all our images, music and web pages. Musical accompaniment is for the personal enjoyment of the viewer and is the copyright of the producer. Separate permission from the copyright owner is required for further use and/or public performance of the music.


 We are providing content for your sole private viewing only and on condition that you keep it safe and do not distribute it to others. Sharing our content and allowing others to use your access details may seriously damage our business and we will hold you liable for any costs and damages resulting from your actions.


 Our website and publications use stock content licensed from Evanto, iStock, VideoBlocks and others detailed on show credits.


 Our video shows use musical works licensed from AVP,  Evanto, Digital Juice Library, Shockwave, VideoBlocks, ccMixter, ccMixter  as detailed in various video episodes. See Copyright Notice below.


  

2. Ordering and Playing Our Videos!


 Quality reliable service since 1997. Order from us with confidence. Payment is safe and easy via PayPal.


 Look for the "Add to Cart" button top left corner of our website posters.  Stop the slide show by clicking the small thumbnail of interest.


 Click the "Add to Cart" button to buy. Scroll to the bottom of the order form (not the whole screen) to click "Submit Order".


 When the PayPal transaction is complete you will get an email with your download link.


 If you do not see an "Add to Cart" button in the top left corner of the poser window update your web browser to the latest version


 NB:   Not working right?  Power off and re-start your device.  Fixes most problems.


If the order form does not pop up over your browser screen or appear in a separate window/tab after clicking the 'Add to Cart' button, then re-start your device and try again.  Or install the free Firefox web browser (recommended).


NB: on some mobile devices or if you have zoomed/magnified the browser display you may not see all the page, poster window or 'Add to Cart' button.  Change your browser view preferences to default or use finger gestures to shrink the browser on smaller devices.


Our HD videos are mp4 format that play on all devices. Double click the video file name will launch your device default media player and play the video automatically.  Or launch your preferred media player and navigate to where the video file.


To play our old legacy DivX or .avi videos install the VLC Media player. Open the VLC player and either drag and drop the video file onto the VLC window or use the File menu to navigate to the video file to open. 


3. Quick Fix for Cart, Download, Play

>>> Check you are using the latest version of your web browser


or install the free FireFox browser (recommended)


>>> Check browser preferences that 'Java' is on and to 'accept all cookies'


>> Re-set text zoom on your web browser to default.


>> Web browser does not show the latest videos and/or error message?


Refresh/re-load the home page and each page by clicking the small circle icon next to top URL line on web browser.


>> A 'black' player window?


On the website: allow more time to load videos or reload browser window

On your media player: download the file again and if problems persist use the  VLC media player 


>> "Add to Cart" button:  Set browser preferences to accept ALL "Cookies" and Java is on


Download Problems:  Best to always re-start your device before attempting a download


> do not close the browser tab/window until the download is complete

> do not browse other websites or this may interrupt your download

> note where the video is being saved on your device or you may never find it later

> contact us if download problems persist and allow 48 hours for us to reply


Video Does Not Play Properly:


>>> Restart your computer. Download the video file again.

>>> Wait until the download finished before attempting to play.

>>>  adjust your device monitor to the highest resolution and number of colors possible.

>>>  reduce the player window size if video playback is not sharp,  stalls or ends abruptly

>>>  If download or play problems persist contact us.


Or install the VLC Media player. Open VLC app and either drag and drop the video file onto the VLC window or use the File menu to navigate to the video file to open and play.

 


4. Refund and Cancellation Policy:


100% “No Questions Asked” Refund:


In most cases your purchase is available within minutes of buying, except when you pay by e-bank methods in which case access will be determined by the time it takes your bank to process the payment. However, should you not be able to access or use our website as intended with your computer device and Internet connection, simply contact us within seven days of your payment having been cleared by PayPal and we will cancel your purchase and fully refund your payment.


Alternatively:  you are welcome to Contact Us and ask for technical support at no additional cost, to help you to access and use our website. If we are unable to help in a reasonable time, we will cancel your purchase and fully refund your payment.


Please allow 48 hours for us to action your request. If you do not receive a reply from us within 48 hours, please assume we have not received your original request, verify you have given a valid reply to address and resubmit your request.


NB: Please do NOT attempt to “charge back’ your payment directly with your card company or bank or by opening a dispute with our billing company. This action will delay settlement and may incur additional fees which we will recover from you.


Purchasing a download video or photo eBook is a commitment to buy it just like any book and we guarantee to provide the access you need to successfully complete the download process. If you are not able to successfully download the product you have purchased or it will not play on your device, please contact us and we will help you or refund your purchase.


 

5. Contacting us by e-mail

Your comments, question and suggestions are always welcome but please remember email is not perfect or a secure media and your message may not reach us, our reply may not reach you and your message may be seen by others.


We reply to your e-mail personally within 48 hours. If you do not get a reply, please check your e-mail settings, check your email folders for misplaced replies and check your "reply to" address in the header of your email messages and try again.

No personal details are retained by us when you browse our web sites, access our catalog and order form pages or send e-mail enquiries or comments.


ModelsUpClose do not provide your email or other personal details to any other person or company for any reason, provided your contact with us is legal and we are not compelled by law enforcement agencies to disclose this information.


We never telephone or send advertising mail to you and never engage in e-mail, mail or telephone marketing of any kind.


We may send you an occasional text only email update and/or customer satisfaction survey unless you have requested no email contact. We may send you an email if we have an urgent technical or legal reason to contact you (such as you dishonour payment) whether or not you have elected to receive email from us.


If you have opted in to our forums or when we need to contact you with alerts and procedural matters related to your current order, you may receive brief occasional emails from us related to your purchase. We never send third party advertising. Unfortunately our email address can be used by others to send fake email, please delete any such email without responding.


NB: we never send email asking for your access details or asking you to confirm your personal details. Please treat any such email as fake and delete it without responding.


All personal details you provide via PayPal secure panel are stored according to their policies and procedures. Contact PayPal for further information about these policies.


All details you provide via our Google mail, forums and NewsGroups, YouTube and PhotoBucket pages are stored in accordance with their respective site policies and procedures.


When you make a purchase, a copy of the details you provide on the order form, including your IP address is transmitted to our download service provider.
